Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the service.

You own your writing

You retain full ownership of the content you create here. We claim no ownership of your devotionals, teachings, manuscripts, journals, or reflections. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display, and process your content so the service can function for you. See the Data Ownership page for more.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform;
  • misrepresent authorship or resell access to the service without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cadence shown at checkout. You can manage renewal, cancel, or resume your subscription from your billing page. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

AI-assisted output

Writing and reflection tools may use AI to help generate drafts and guidance. Output is a starting point for your discernment, not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or pastoral advice. Please review everything before you rely on or publish it.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis and may update or modify features over time. To the extent permitted by law, NBCNGMI is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms. You can export your work before you leave.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the effective date above when we do. Questions? Email NewBeingCreationNet@gmail.com.
