Privacy Policy
NBCNGMI respects the personal and often sacred nature of what you write here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.
Effective July 11, 2026. This page is maintained by NBCNGMI to answer common questions about The WOW™ Writing Studio™. It is informational and not a legal certification.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address and display name, used to create and secure your account.
- Your content — the devotionals, teachings, manuscripts, journal entries, reflections, and framework selections you create and save.
- Billing information — subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
- Basic technical data — the limited information needed to keep the service running securely and to diagnose errors.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide and improve the service: to sign you in, save and display your work, process your subscription, respond to your requests, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content for advertising.
Your content is not used to train AI
Your reflections, manuscripts, journals, and other writing are never used to train any artificial-intelligence models. See our AI Use page for details on how AI assistance works.
How your content is protected
Your work is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is governed by row-level security so that, by default, only you can read the private content in your account — except material you deliberately choose to share with a collaborator.
Sharing and collaboration
Content stays private to your account unless you explicitly share a document with a collaborator. When you do, the people you invite can access that specific shared item. You can revoke shared access at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit, export, and delete your content from within the app. You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at NewBeingCreationNet@gmail.com.
Shared responsibility
NBCNGMI maintains the practices described here. Our hosting and payment providers secure the underlying platform, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the content you choose to create and share.
